It’s true – and the cure’s creator, Mike Ramsey, himself a hyperhidrosis sufferer, has just published an ebook detailing his simple three-step, all-natural plan that is designed to stop excessive underarm sweating in two weeks or less. So far the treatment plan has proven to be effective for 96% of those who have tried it, Ramsey added.

In “Stop Sweating and Start Living” Ramsey fully describes his practical and unique treatment approach that permanently gets rid of a person’s excessive underarm sweat problem – naturally and without side effects.

Ramsey’s process is made up of three simple steps, takes less than 1 minute a day to complete and relies on readily available and inexpensive products.

Ramsey adds that the process is easy to incorporate into your morning or evening routine, and guarantees that it will keep a person’s underarm sweat problem away for the rest of their life.

Ramsey says he came up with the treatment approach after attending a seminar on natural health.

“The seminar actually didn’t have anything to do with excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis,” Ramsey said. “But what the speaker said got me to thinking and soon led to my discovery.”

Like many others with hyperhidrosis, Ramsey first began suffering from it in high school and over the years has tried just about every treatment he could think of to get rid of it or at least keep it under control: from using dozens of different antiperspirants to applying antiperspirants several times a day to wearing undershirts to soak up the sweat before it reached his outer shirt to changing clothes several times a day to holding his arms up in the car so that they were aligned with the air conditioner vents to using a device that pushes electrical currents through the skin and much, much more.

“Nothing that I tried worked and I was about to give up hope when my wife and I attended that fateful seminar,” Ramsey said. “After years of pain and struggle, using the method I created I was able to cure my excessive sweat problem naturally in just two weeks, and was finally able to start living worry-free again.”

“This technique has proven to be highly practical, safe and effective and it’s worked quickly for me and for hundreds of other people who have read my ebook and tried it.”

Botox injections are more commonly known for treating wrinkles and as a cosmetic procedure. Interestingly enough Botox injections may also be used to treat excessive underarm sweat.

Hyperhidrosis is the clinical term for excessive underarm sweating. Millions of people are plagued by this condition. Those with this condition sweat by as much as four times more than a normal person. Because of this people with excessive sweating often find it difficult to engage in their normal day to day activities.

Botox is a purified form of a protein called botulinum toxin Type A. A small amount of Botox is injected into the skin. Once injected the Botox works to stop the nerves that supply the eccrine glands. This keeps the glands from making sweat.

However, Botox does not cure excessive underarm sweating indefinitely. The nerve endings will re-grow themselves in about six or twelve weeks. So, the Botox treatment will last for a few months but will wear off. A person who suffers from excessive underarm sweating will have to seek continuous Botox treatments.

Although Botox has been proven effective at treating excessive underarm sweating this may not be the solution for all. Botox has many side effects that can be very dangerous to your health. A person may experience any number of side effects that may include problems with speaking, swallowing or breathing.

Botulism may even occur from the use of Botox injections to treat excessive underarm sweating. Botulism causes a person to experience symptoms such as loss of bladder control and even widespread muscle weakness.

Any person who deals with this condition should always consult with a doctor first before pursing any type of treatment method. You should discuss with your doctor alternatives other than Botox that are available to treat Hyperhidrosis. You could also check out the highly recommended course Prevent Sweating.

A new study has confirmed what has already long been considered truth by many – that suffering from excessive sweating can negatively impact a person’s work performance.

According to the International Hyperhidrosis Society, a recent study presented at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting in San Francisco indicates that employees suffering from hyperhidrosis “were limited in performing physically demanding tasks 25% of the time, in mental and interpersonal tasks 20% of the time, in time management 17% of the time, and in work output 11% of the time.”

The study goes on to say that “these rates of workplace limitations are similar to those experienced by workers suffering from depression, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.” The study estimated overall work productivity loss due to hyperhidrosis is “4.9%.”

Luckily for the estimated 8 million Americans currently suffering from hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, Mike Ramsey (himself a hyperhidrosis sufferer) has just published book detailing a simple three-step, all-natural plan that is designed to stop excessive underarm sweating in two weeks or less.

In “Stop Sweating and Start Living” Ramsey fully describes his practical and unique treatment approach that permanently gets rid of a person’s excessive underarm sweat problem – naturally and without side effects.

So far the treatment plan has proven to be effective for 96% of those who have tried it, Ramsey said.
Ramsey’s process is made up of three simple steps, takes less than 30 seconds a day to complete and relies on readily available and inexpensive products.

Ramsey says that the process is easy to incorporate into your morning or evening routine, and guarantees that it will keep a person’s underarm sweat problem away for the rest of their life!

‘At the time that I came up with this cure, I was working in an office eight to ten hours a day where I was surrounded by and interacted with colleagues continuously,’ Ramsey said. ‘In this environment, I was constantly concerned about my underarms — a distraction that caused me to lose hours of productivity every week. My self-esteem and self-confidence, which were already low, plummeted even further.’

Ramsey went on to say. ‘After years of pain and struggle, using the method I created I was able to cure my excessive sweat problem naturally in just two weeks, and was finally able to start living worry-free again.’

‘This technique has proven to be highly practical, safe and effective and it’s worked quickly for me and for hundreds of other people who have read my book and tried it,’ Ramsey said.

Personal hygiene is always a must. And unfortunately, sweating is a part of life. Working and exercising are two of the most common things that can cause sweating. Nervousness and excessive anger can also trigger sweating. Keeping the body 100% clean is not always a possibility, especially when there are so many things that must be done in one day. One shower per day is usually all that most have time for. It is situations like this that give us the need for underarm deodorant.

It is not the sweat itself that creates a bad smell, but the bacteria that forms on the skin. One of the differences you will have to choose from is if you want an antiperspirant or a deodorant. Both will get rid of the unpleasant smell, but each work in an entirely different way. Antiperspirants stop sweating altogether. The way they work is by blocking the pores to stop the sweating. Deodorants get rid of the smell and bacteria associated with sweating. However, a deodorant will need to be applied several times a day depending on how much the individual sweats. Antiperspirants only need to be applied once after showering and work all day long to prevent sweating.

There are approximately four types of deodorants to choose from: Gel, roll on, stick, and spray. All four types can be purchased from a local department store. It really all depends on personal preference. Although, some people have found that certain types of deodorant work better for them than others. And some people will even make their choice because they prefer a certain name brand over another.

Most commercial brands that you can find in the department stores are made with chemicals and preservatives. Some people do not prefer to use chemical based products due the potential health risks associated with them. For that reason, there are also natural products on the market which are becoming very popular and can be used to make deodorant with. Some of the products that you can use to make your own deodorant with are cornstarch, baking soda, essential oils, aloe vera, and mineral water.

Consider what you can and cannot afford. It might be very tempting to buy the newest advertised brand name deodorant on the market, but if it contains the exact same ingredients as another deodorant that you can purchase for a dollar, then you are only paying extra for advertising and the label. That is why it pays off to know what ingredients your hygiene needs require. You can also order natural, chemical-free deodorants online for a cheap price. Some brand name deodorants can also be ordered online for less than what they can be found at in stores. Again, it all comes down to what you prefer.

Choosing the right deodorant to suit your specific needs will not be difficult if you know what you are looking for. There are indeed several different name brands, which can make things a bit confusing. Understand your needs, and you will have no problem during the selection process.

No one likes to smell bad. And thanks to the many products available in today’s health and beauty market, anyone can find something that works to help them feel fresh, clean, and smell pleasant. However, as with any health product, it’s important to know which is the best for each individual, and even deodorants and antiperspirants are no different. There has been a lot of talk recently about the benefits of using aluminum free deodorant.

Before understanding why it’s important to choose aluminum free deodorant, it’s beneficial to understand the difference between antiperspirant, which contains aluminum, and deodorant, which does not.

Antiperspirant does exactly what its name suggests: it prevents sweating to keep odor away. In order to do that, antiperspirants contain aluminum salts that essentially block the sweat glands. The idea is that if there is no sweat, there is no odor.

The problem with using antiperspirants is that the aluminum salts they contain can be harmful to people’s health. Not only are many people allergic to the aluminum salts used, but it has recently been discovered that the aluminum in antiperspirants has been linked to serious illnesses and diseases, including kidney problems, bone disorders, seizures, Alzheimer’s Disease, and cancer. Unfortunately, many people who experience irritation under their arms don’t associate it with their antiperspirants, and instead assume it’s the result of something like heat rash or razor burn.

Aluminum free deodorant, on the other hand, does not prevent sweating. Instead, it kills the bacteria in sweat that causes odor, which still leaves people feeling fresh and clean. Aluminum free deodorant uses natural ingredients to combat body odor, but does nothing to change the body’s natural processes in the way antiperspirant does. In fact, some of the essential oils and natural ingredients found in aluminum free deodorants can be beneficial to people’s health, since the ingredients are usually already found in the body.

The good news is that it can be easy to find aluminum free deodorant in nearly every store that carries health and beauty products. In fact, it’s easy to find even organic aluminum free deodorants for an even more natural product. The first thing to do is make sure the product is labeled as a “deodorant” rather than “antiperspirant.” Then, check the ingredients list on the back of the product. If aluminum is listed, it’s a good idea to choose something else.

When it comes to health, one can never be too careful. And with the dangers of using antiperspirants with aluminum, it only makes sense to go to the next shelf and pick up aluminum free deodorant instead. It may be a new brand, but you’ll still smell fresh, clean, and your health will thank you.
